Amethyst - is a powerful and protective stone, and a has a natural calming effect. It relieves stress and anxiety, soothes irritability, balances mood swings, and dispels anger, rage and fear.

Rose Quartz - is a beautiful stone every should have. It has a gentle loving energy that can assist you to overcome hurt and soothe emotions. It promotes, love, peace and comfort. A nurturing stone to use at times of self doubt. 

Clear Quartz - is the 'Master Healer'. It acts as an all-purpose healer and can therefore be useful in many situations. Clear Quartz promotes, concentration, positive energy and balance. Quartz is said to be a stone of harmony.

Blue Calcite - blue calcite is a calming stone that soothes frayed nerves and lessens anxieties. A gentle stone to use when recuperating. It facilitates physical healing by clearing negative emotions and encouraging rest and relaxation. It can also enhance or activate the intuition.
