We use Australia Post to ship your purchases.

We currently do not ship to area's outside of Australia.

We have a standard shipping rate of $10 unless stated otherwise (such as a large/bulky item) & free in-store pickup. Please ensure the correct option is selected at check out. We will hold any item requiring a shipping quote for you until you have all the information you need. 

Orders will be dispatched from Made Store within 48 hours. 

You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is shipped. It will include your unique Tracking ID and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track your parcels location and estimated arrival date. Customers can expect to receive their goods within 3 - 10 business days.

Express Postage is available at customers request for an additional cost, please contact us on 0439 448 327  so we can get it happening for you.

Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please advise us at the check out if you would like to take insurance or registration of you goods and provide your best contact details so we can discuss with you.


We understand buying online can be scary, we want you to love your Made Store wares. If the item you purchased is not what you expected, please email or phone immediately to let us know, then ship it back, within 7 days (of course in original, saleable condition/tags on/packaging in tact etc) & we will provide a refund or store credit in case of change of mind. If the item is faulty we will also reimburse you for the postage.  


We have a no returns or exchange policy on sale items (unless faulty) so please ensure you choose carefully before purchasing.

There may be instances when items purchased are sold out or unavailable on the day of purchase. When this happens, we will notify you within 48 hours to confirm when the product will be available.

Please keep in mind when ordering for a special occasion that sometimes, our online stock levels aren’t 100% accurate so please contact us directly to confirm that we will have the items you need by the required date.

Additionally, if there is something you are seeking from one of our beautiful brands that you can’t see on our online store, please reach out and we can work on tracking it down just for you! 


Gift Vouchers are available to purchase in store. They can not be returned and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

They are valid for 3 years from purchase date.


Credit Notes are issued in store. They cannot be returned in store or online and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.


Please let us know at checkout if the purchase is a gift, we will either provide a gift receipt (no price) or email the receipt directly to you. Please also inform us of any special requests.
