We understand buying online can be scary, we want you to love your Made Store wares.
If the item you purchased is not what you expected, please email or phone immediately to let us know, ship it back within 7 days (of course in original, saleable condition/tags on/packaging in-tact etc) & we will provide a refund (excluding postage).
We do check our items very carefully prior to post however if the item is faulty we will also reimburse you for the postage.
